This program began in April 2024, initially focusing on supporting orphans and children of widows under the age of 10 who were facing hardship. However, starting from this 2025–2026 academic year, we have expanded our scope to include children above 10 years old as well.

We initially began by sponsoring 26 children from different parts of Mizoram. At the beginning of the academic year, we provided them with school uniforms, bags, notebooks, and pencils. We also provided their monthly school fees directly to the school authorities.

For the new academic session of 2024–2025, we are making preparations to sponsor 50 children. By the time this report was being prepared, most of these children had already been successfully admitted to their respective schools.

On April 15, 2025, we signed an agreement with Home Mission School, Zemabawk. They agreed to accommodate 7 children in their hostel free of charge, while we will continue to provide for the children’s needs, much like a parent.

This initiative has borne wonderful fruit, thanks to God’s blessings. Our children have achieved excellent results, often ranking among the top 10, which inspires us to take on even greater challenges.

Generous donors have also come forward to sponsor children through this program, which has helped reduce our load in many ways and made it much easier to carry out this important work.
