This 4-month-old infant is Ramdinpuii, residing in North Hlimen village. Due to fluid accumulation in the brain (hydrocephalus), the infant's head has been enlarged since birth, and according to the family, it continues to grow gradually.

The infant suffers from severe pain in the scalp/head. Although they have been advised to consult a specialist doctor, they have been unable to do so due to financial hardships.

The mother is raising the child as a single parent. According to reports, the father refused to acknowledge the child as his own, and he and the mother were never married.
